The studio is a private, appointment-only space at 2160 Lavista Rd in Atlanta. A restroom and waiting area are available for clients, and the rear of the building has handicap parking and a ramp to the entrance.

The signature service is the MicroSculpt Facial, which the studio says is exclusive to the business. It combines microcurrent with lymphatic drainage. The studio describes its facials as bespoke and high-tech.

Each new client begins with a custom Skin Health Plan that reviews lifestyle factors and the current skincare routine. The plan shapes the treatment and any product suggestions from there.

The online shop carries skincare from Face Reality, Circadia, SkinBetter Science, Anfisa, Glymed, Nusa, Hydrinity, Renee Rouleau and the studio's own Morgan Rackley Skincare line. Products can be browsed by type (cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, masks and SPF) or by concern (dry or dehydrated skin, oily skin, redness, hyperpigmentation and dullness), and bundles are offered. Orders over $250 ship free; other U.S. orders ship for a flat $15, and international shipping is not offered.

The website also includes an acne resources page with a pore-clogging ingredient checker and a list of acne-safe products, plus a blog of skincare guides on topics such as cleansers, serums, hydration, sensitive skin and vitamin C serums.
