Massage is provided by licensed massage therapists. Styles include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, mixed method, myofascial release, prenatal, hot stone, lymphatic drainage, Thai yoga, reflexology, Indian head massage and heated flax pillow massage. Sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes, starting at $60 for 30 minutes and reaching $160 for 120 minutes. Add-ons such as hot stone, lymphatic drainage, targeted cupping, scented massage and heat can be combined with most lengths. Couples massage is offered at the Webster Groves and Soulard locations, priced per person.

Facials are provided by licensed skin therapists, with prices from $59 for the Fast Results Facial up to $135 for the Deluxe Spa Facial and Hydrofacial. The menu covers anti-aging, acne, brightening, microdermabrasion with a diamond tip, dermaplaning, chemical peels, hydrofacials and oxygen treatments, plus facials designed for teens and tweens and a facial for men. The Acne & Pore Clearing Facial includes a mandelic acid and PHA peel. Facial products come from Bioelements, Farmhouse Fresh, PCA SKIN and Hi-bio Hemp.

Body treatments include salt and sugar scrubs for the full body, back, hands and feet, an herbal grains retexturizing treatment with a warming cocoon wrap, a cactus toning treatment and wrap, and a 90-minute Dead Sea mud treatment with a heated thermal wrap. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and full body, with separate prices for women and men on several services. Follow-up waxing visits booked within four weeks of a first visit receive lower follow-up rates. Lash and brow tinting is available in seven standard shades or custom colors and can be done during another treatment.

On-site services include chair massage at $100 per hour, focused on the back, neck, shoulders and upper arms, with per-employee corporate rates for 10, 15 and 20 minute sessions. Outcall spa services at homes, hotels, offices and events are priced at $110 for 60 minutes, $140 for 90 and $180 for 120. Spa parties are offered for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, bachelorette parties, holidays and group getaways. Reiki sessions in 30, 45 and 60 minute lengths are listed under wellness. Same-day appointments are often possible, though 24 to 48 hours notice is recommended, and online booking needs at least an hour's notice. Changes or cancellations within the same day but more than an hour ahead are charged half the service fee, waived if the time is filled; cancellations within an hour and no-shows are charged the full price.
