Hair services cover a relaxing shampoo and scalp massage with optional add-on treatments and a blow-dry and round-brush style, plus updos or a basic style for events. Clients booking event styling should book the shampoo-and-style service and message ahead for a wash. The Beth needs hair clean and dry from the night before or the morning of. Haircuts range from a buzzcut and a touch-up trim for facial hair, bangs or the hairline, to short cuts shorter than chin length and medium-to-long cuts longer than chin length. Hair colour is not bookable online; clients are asked to text at least one to two months ahead.

Nail services center on soft gels. The classic gel manicure uses the same soft gels and colours as the structured version but involves less cuticle work and no added structure. The structured manicure uses Japanese and Korean soft gels to add shape to natural nails and lasts four weeks or more. A men's dry corrective manicure addresses cuticles and nail biting and includes at-home care guidance. Repair is available for cracked or broken natural nails or enhancements, priced per nail. Gel nail removal is offered, but acrylic and dip powder are not removed here and must be removed at the original salon before booking.

Booking is online with a card on file, which is charged on the day of the appointment. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and shorter-notice cancellations carry a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be turned away and rescheduled. A waitlist is available, and last-minute openings are posted to social media stories. Clients are asked to message by text or email rather than social media, and the website contact form is also available. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday 9 AM to 3 PM, Thursday 12 to 8 PM, and Friday 9 AM to 1 PM, with weekends closed.
