The stylist holds a cosmetology license from Josef's School of Hair Design and continued education at Toni&Guy Academy in New York City. Ongoing learning includes national events and master classes with several named educators, listed under training. The stylist has also been published for editorial work in fashion and lifestyle magazines.

New clients start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation covering concerns, goals, a maintenance plan and budget. To request one, new clients message or text a photo of their hair taken in natural light, along with their hair history and goals. Existing clients book online. Corrective color, new client dimensional sessions and the onset event style all require a consultation first.

Appointments are offered Monday through Friday from 11am to 8pm, with Saturdays arranged by direct message only. The studio is closed on Sundays.

Products are cruelty-free, and non-toxic alternatives are chosen when possible. At-home hair care systems and reparative products are available for use between visits. The stylist also teaches classes for other stylists and keeps a mailing list for notice of upcoming dates.
