Every bridal package includes a take-with-you touch-up kit, and on-site coverage after the initial styling is billed hourly. Mobile service is available at a client's home, hotel or venue across metro Atlanta, with travel quoted on confirmation.

New clients go through a consultation process that includes a hair quiz, a consultation form, a virtual consultation and a personalized growth regimen. A non-refundable deposit holds the appointment and is applied to the total at checkout. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 48 hours ahead, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Clients are asked to arrive with hair detangled unless the service includes a wash, and makeup clients are asked to arrive with a clean, moisturized face. All major cards and digital wallets are accepted in the studio, a waitlist texts clients when a matching time opens, and personalized gift cards are available on request.

Hair is treated first with heat protection, and heat for a silk press is adjusted to each client's texture. The aim is for clients to leave feeling more confident and cared for, with warm hospitality and intentional consultations.
