The services fall into a few broad areas. Hormone replacement therapy is offered for perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause, and medical weight management includes a provider-guided program, prescription weight loss medications, and medical assisted weight loss using FDA-approved GLP-1 medications such as Saxenda, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Ozempic. Weight management begins with a comprehensive consultation before a plan is set up. Clients who want ongoing support can join The Moore Method, a monthly membership that includes follow-up visits, prescription management and direct messaging with the provider.

On the aesthetic side, the practice offers neuromodulator injections using Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau or Botox Cosmetics, and dermal fillers including Revanesse Versa and Lips+, Restylane, Radiesse and Belotero Balance. Other options include SkinPen microneedling combined with PRP or exosomes, Ultherapy for lifting the neck, chin and brow, CO2LIFT carboxytherapy, and BioRePeel chemical peels from BioSkin Aesthetics. The practice describes SkinPen as the first FDA-cleared microneedling treatment. Hair restoration uses PRP and exosome injections, alone or together, and begins with a series of three to four initial treatments followed by a burst treatment every six to twelve months.

The SaltFacial is a three-step skin treatment that can be done alone or alongside other services. It starts with RESTORE, a sea salt resurfacing step using positive-pressure flow technology, moves to REPLENISH, aesthetic ultrasound, and finishes with REJUVENATE, LED phototherapy. Face Reality is the practice's acne program, combining a personalized product routine, in-clinic treatments and lifestyle guidance. Products sold include BioJuve and Neocutis skin care and Face Reality acne products.

Pricing and policies are straightforward. Consultations for medical aesthetics and anti-aging services are complimentary, while consultations for medical assisted weight loss and chronic disease management start at $175 and can last up to 60 minutes. A booking deposit of at least $50 may be required and is applied to the treatment cost. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice has no fee, while shorter notice or a no-show may incur a $50 fee. The practice does not accept insurance but can provide receipts for medical visits to submit to an HSA or FSA, depending on the client's plan. Financing is not offered, though payment plans may be arranged case by case. Purchased services are not refundable, and unopened skin care products may be refunded within 7 days.
