InnovaDerm is a medical dermatology and cosmetic practice in Glastonbury, Connecticut, operating from Suites 101 and 107 at 622 Hebron Avenue inside Glastonbury Wellness Center. A team of skin care professionals founded the practice, which describes itself as a go-to place for thorough, forward-looking skin care.
The medical side covers diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of skin, hair and nail conditions. That includes skin cancer screening with treatment plans that can involve medical or surgical techniques, and evaluation of moles with removal when needed. Psoriasis and eczema are treated with topical therapies, light treatments and biologic medications, acne with topical and oral medication, chemical peels and lasers, rosacea with medication, laser therapy and lifestyle guidance, and warts with cryotherapy, topical medication or minor surgical removal.
The cosmetic menu includes chemical peels, from light peels for uneven skin tone to deeper peels for fine lines, wrinkles and acne. IPL is used for brown spots, broken blood vessels and rosacea-related redness and usually takes several sessions. Microneedling addresses fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars and stretch marks, and diode laser hair removal aims for permanent hair reduction, with about eight sessions generally needed for full results. Injectable options include neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport or Xeomin) for lines between the brows, on the forehead and around the eyes, with Botox also used for TMJ and jaw clenching. Hyaluronic acid fillers from the Juvéderm, Restylane and Versa families add volume in areas such as the cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin and lips. Radiesse gives immediate correction and builds collagen over time, Sculptra is used as a collagen stimulator for wrinkles, lost volume and skin tightening, and silicone treatment is listed for permanent correction of scars, lips and fixed wrinkles.
The office keeps early-morning and evening hours Monday through Thursday and is closed on Fridays.
Holds that healthy skin is the basis for confidence and overall well-being, bringing medical and cosmetic care together in one practice.
