The facial menu runs from a short Dermaplane and a Mini Facial up to a Relaxing Facial, a Targeted Facial customized to a concern such as acne, pigment, rosacea or anti-aging, and an Advanced Treatment Facial that uses either nano needling (CIT) or a VIT A infusion. The Pigment Treatment is a separate 60-minute service with a $50 deposit; the business notes a recovery period of 7 to 10 days and advises against it during peak sun hours.

Brow and lash services include tinting, waxing, brow lamination with a tint add-on, and a Lash Lift that includes a lash tint. Free consultations are available before a visit, and a Microblade Consultation is required before booking microblading. The portfolio shows work in brow lamination, microblading, lash lift and scar therapy.

Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 AM to 5 PM and Thursday and Friday from 2 PM to 7 PM; the spa is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, arriving more than 5 minutes late is charged 50 percent and the appointment is rescheduled, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged in full. The only exceptions to the cancellation policy are birth or death. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Several services, including facials and certain brow and wax services, require a deposit from new clients. Questions can be sent through the website contact form or by phone; the booking app is not monitored for messages.

Facial treatments are matched to skin type and concern, with the Targeted Facial customized to a specific issue and the Advanced Treatment Facial's ingredients blended for each client.
