Every esthetician is state-licensed and every injector is a licensed NP or RN. The practice leans toward natural-looking work. Injectables are dosed conservatively, the aim is results that still look like the client, and the team says it declines treatments a client does not need. Treatment plans are built over time and carried out in stages. Prices are shared before any treatment, with no upselling, and clients who want a sense of cost first can use an online price estimator that produces a personalized plan and price range without a consultation.

New clients can start with a complimentary consultation. Neurotoxin appointments take about 30 minutes with no downtime, filler appointments about 45 minutes, and a microneedling session about 90 minutes in the chair. Each chemical peel includes a skin assessment, roughly 30 minutes of treatment and written aftercare instructions. Services are by appointment only, and cancellations need 24 hours notice made by phone or through the client portal.

Beyond injectables, the menu includes NeoSkin, NeoClear, Aerolase Neo, LaseMD and laser hair removal, microneedling, peels, facials, dermaplaning, brow and lash services, B12 injections and a medical weight loss initial visit. Memberships include ÜTox Club and two banking plans, ÜBeauty Bank Bare and Bold, which bank monthly dollars toward any service; banked funds roll over and stay with the member even if the membership is cancelled. Group Tox Party bookings are available, and gift cards for products or services can be bought online.

Conservative, natural-first care aimed at results that still look like the client, with treatment planned in stages over time and no more treatment than a client needs.
