Color services include root retouches, mini-lights limited to 10 foils, partial and full foil, partial and full balayage, all over color, and bleach and tone for existing clients who are under six weeks between appointments. Bleach and tone uses Aveda's enlightener from roots to ends. Shine treatments and finished styles are included in many color services. A root retouch adds an extra color charge if 12 or more weeks have passed since the last color service.

Booking carries a few house rules. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours cost $25 for haircuts and $50 for color, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service up to $150. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be canceled with the fee applied. Children under 12 are only allowed in the salon while receiving a service, and pets are not allowed except guide animals. Service adjustments can be requested within 10 days, and refunds are not given for services already provided. Unpaid invoices lead to future appointments being canceled, and clients agree to card-on-file charges.
