The team says it does not push services. Every visit starts with a full consultation to find out what the guest wants and what they can spend, and most services come with a guarantee: guests can return within 7 days for a complimentary consultation and adjustment.

Hair services cover haircuts booked for 60 minutes that include a consultation, clipper cuts for men, and 30-minute children's haircuts for kids 10 and under, which do not include washing or styling. Color options include balayage, a hand-painted technique that usually leaves the root out and is the salon's most popular color method, along with highlights and lowlights done in foils from natural to bold, and single process color applied at the root or all over. Root touch-ups in single process include a clear gloss.

Skin care includes facial treatments, plus corrective gentle skin peels that can be added to a visit for aging, acne, scars, sun damage and dryness. Waxing is offered for the face, body and bikini areas, from brows and lip to legs and Brazilian, using a French wax the salon describes as virtually pain-free.
