The aim is care that is approachable and free of judgment, with each treatment chosen around the individual client.
Services begin with a conversation about skin concerns, current products and comfort level before any treatment is chosen. Acne care follows a set path: a first Acne Consultation + Facial covers skin analysis, a routine review, treatment and a home-care plan, and is required before starting an acne series. Waxing is treated as a form of skincare, with time to talk through the process and attention to comfort.
Booking runs through GlossGenius, which also handles payment and cancellation terms. The studio does not publish a phone number; first-time questions go by email to reception, and booked clients receive phone details. Special events are priced and confirmed individually before anything is booked, and clients can email ahead to discuss accommodations or personal matters.
