The studio says it does not upsell or pressure clients, and that it does not rotate staff, so one esthetician sees each client. Treatments are shaped around each client's skin, goals and history rather than a standard menu. A package is not required before a first visit, and product suggestions are offered only when they are relevant.

A new client starts with a short consultation covering skin history, daily routine, medications, sensitivities and goals. The studio says this happens before the treatment and does not reduce service time. Clients are asked to arrive no more than 5 minutes ahead of their appointment, and written post-care instructions are given after every service. The room is described as welcoming and comfortable, with music playing. Messages sent through the contact form are usually answered within 24 hours.

The facial menu runs from a 40-minute back facial to 60-minute options. The Shine Signature Facial, listed at $135, includes a consultation, cleansing, exfoliation, an enzyme prep, extractions, facial massage and a targeted mask. The Deep Pore Cleansing Facial, from $140, is designed for congested, acne-prone or rosacea-prone skin and adds extractions and medical-grade LED light therapy. Other options include a Teen Facial for adolescent skin, a Men's Customized Facial, an Oxygen Facial that pairs deep cleansing with an oxygenating step, and a Pre Event Glow Up facial. Chemical peels use PCA Skin products. A consultation checks whether a peel suits the client, and people with very sensitive or compromised skin, active skin conditions or certain medications may be advised against one.

Beyond skin care, the studio offers brow shaping, waxing, tweezing and tinting, classic lash extensions and fills, lash lifts with a keratin-infused tint, and face and body waxing. Teeth whitening uses an LED-activated cosmetic gel for stains from coffee, tea, wine and tobacco and takes less than an hour. The studio says this whitening causes less sensitivity than traditional methods. Each session ends with Lucent Shield, an enamel-repair booster that clients take home.

Treatments are built around each client's skin, goals and history rather than a default menu, with no upselling and no staff rotation.
