The business runs two locations: one on El Camino Real in Santa Clara and one on South Winchester Blvd in San Jose. Each has its own phone line, and the hours are the same at both: 9 am to 8 pm every day of the week. Appointments can be made online or by calling the salon.

Eyelash extension work covers new sets in four densities, classic, hybrid, volume and extra volume, priced from $125 to $195 with appointments that run roughly one and a half to two and a quarter hours. Refills are priced from $80 to $125 and are meant for clients returning within two to three weeks. A wispy add-on costs $10 more on new sets and refills. Removal is $10 when booked with a new set and $30 on its own.

Lash lifts and brow lamination are $100 each, or $120 when combined with tinting. Brow services also include tinting, a gray hair cover tint for $30, and permanent makeup such as microblading and ombre or shading. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, full face and underarms, with a full face wax at $55 and a lip wax at $10.
