Extensions range from a classic full set for a first visit to hybrid, volume, volume designed, and Anime or Douyin-style sets. Return clients can book a classic refill two to three weeks after their last appointment. Korean lash lifts are offered separately for first-time and returning clients, and wispy add-on lashes, lash tint and removal-only appointments are also available.

Booking rules are specific. A refill needs at least half of the existing lashes still in place; if too many are lost, a full set is required. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, no-shows are charged half of the scheduled service, and refunds are not given. Clients with retention problems within 48 hours may ask for a touch-up, which the salon grants at its own discretion.

Clients with an eye infection, irritation or a recent cosmetic procedure should wait until fully healed before booking. Services are not performed on clients with active infections, certain eye conditions or severe lash adhesive allergies. The salon takes before-and-after photos for promotional use, so anyone who does not want photos shared should say so before the appointment.

Where a client's natural lashes are short, thin or sparse, the salon suggests a Hybrid set over an Anime set, since Anime sets need several layers of lashes.
