Cuts are done on dry, natural curls so the true curl pattern, shrinkage and shape can be seen before any cutting begins. A New Client Curl Cut is a custom cut on dry hair that includes a wash with mist steam and styling, takes about two hours and is priced at $290. New client sessions run a little longer to allow time for a consultation, a curl assessment and education. Returning clients can book a Returning Curly Cut at $240, which takes about an hour and a half, or a quicker express option if their last cut was within the past six months. Clients are usually advised to return for a cut every three to four months.

Education on products, styling and upkeep is included in every service. Clients who want more guidance can book a one-on-one curl coaching session covering wash days, refresh techniques and product application, or a Curly Styling or Curl Lesson at $165, which includes a cleanse, hydration and defined styling and teaches how to recreate the look at home. Product recommendations are tailored to each client's hair during the appointment, and the studio uses curl-friendly, sulfate-free products.

To get the most from a visit, clients should arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair in its natural curl pattern, without buns, braids or ponytails, and without oils, butters or heavy products. Guest numbers are limited, and a front lobby is available for anyone waiting. Clients may be asked to take before and after photos or videos. Booking deposits apply to some services and are credited toward the total, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice.

Cutting is done on dry natural curls, with education built into every visit and a focus on enhancing natural texture.
