The salon is open Monday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays. Booking requires a card on file. No charge is made when an appointment is requested, but a 25% fee applies if a client does not show up or arrives more than 10 minutes late, and all fees are non-refundable.

Color work ranges from toner and gloss, which includes a blow dry on shorter lengths, to balayage, highlights and babylights in short through extra long lengths. Balayage at full length includes a custom toner, a shadow root, a blow dry and curls, while a partial balayage covers the sides, front and crown. Babylights are described as giving a softer look without a heavy line of demarcation as hair grows out. Fantasy color, heavy highlights and all-over bleach from roots to ends are also offered, and the longer color services are listed at several hours.

Men have their own color options, including a one-step color, top-half highlights and a bleach out with glosser. Men's and women's haircuts both include shampoo and styling, and the menu adds blow dries, curls or flat iron work, and updo or special styling. Keratin treatments come in an express version and a smoothing version, both with a sodium chloride-free shampoo or conditioner recommended to help them last. The studio also lists a Brazilian Blowout, which it says is formulated without formaldehyde. Perms are priced by length, and the studio notes that prices other than the longest length may rise with length and fullness.
