The salon says all of its staff are board certified cosmetologists and that they continue their training to stay current. The team covers hair coloring, extensions, replacements, natural hair care and razor cutting, with a dedicated natural hair care specialist and a weaving specialist on staff, plus eyelash extensions and makeup for runway and commercial finishing.

Walk-ins are accepted based on availability, and appointments can be booked online. Hours are Wednesday through Friday from 9:30am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Clients can use complimentary Wi-Fi in the salon, and gift certificates are available. Children are allowed in the salon only when they are being serviced and are accompanied by a parent. Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee applies.

Through its Mo' Hair Foundation, the salon has provided Thanksgiving meals to people in need for the past 22 years.
