Haircut pricing depends on client status: new clients are those who have never seen the stylist or have not been seen in a year or more, semi-new clients last visited six months to a year ago, and regular clients come in about every three months.

Many services can be combined, such as a haircut with a curly style or a twist out with a conditioning treatment. Keratin treatments can be booked alone or paired with a twist out or a haircut. Appointments can be booked online, and a consultation lasting about 25 minutes is available for $50.

Hours are Wednesday to Friday from 10am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Clients with hair past shoulder length should tell the salon when booking. Twists or braids need to be removed at least 72 hours before the appointment, with hair fully detangled. Curly style finishing is not offered with the last appointment of the day, when only blow outs or blow outs with two braids are available. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are free.
