The menu is organized into color, cutting, treatments, natural hair, and relaxed hair. Demi-permanent color is used to cover gray new growth around the hairline, add temporary tones, or deepen existing color, and permanent color is offered as a root touch-up or a full-head application. Every color service includes a customized hair treatment. Precision cuts include layers, pixie cuts and graduated bobs, and clients are welcome to bring a photo of the look they want.

For natural hair, the salon offers a broad range of styles: box braids in large and medium sizes, cornrows, crochet, flat twists and twist-outs, updos, rodsets, sew-ins with client-provided hair, Wash-N-Go styling, and Silk Press with or without a shine finish. The Signature Smoothing Experience is a customized treatment aimed at reducing frizz, adding shine and strengthening hair. The shampoo used in natural and relaxed hair services is sulfate and paraben free.

Clients usually begin with a complimentary 15-minute intake call that covers an intake form and tips for healthier hair and growth. A 30-minute Hair Growth Oil consult for $25 is also available, which reviews the intake form and growth recommendations and includes the Hair Growth Oil. Clients should arrive with hair fully detangled. Matted or tangled hair carries a fee starting at $35, and hair past shoulder length or high density hair adds $25 or more, applied automatically to the service charge. Box braids require a minimum of six packs of prestretched hair in 18, 24 or 42 inch lengths, and longer hair is charged in advance.

Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours ahead by email or phone, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may trigger a missed appointment fee of $25 or more. Appointments are not transferable. Children ages 12 and up are accepted, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Payment can be made in cash, through Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal or Cash App, or by major credit card.
