Booking is done online through Vagaro. A confirmation arrives by email or text, with a reminder sent 73 hours before the appointment, and changes or cancellations are made through the link in the confirmation email. The salon is open Wednesday and Friday from 1 to 7 and Saturday from 12 to 5, and also by appointment. Some services are reserved for established guests, while new guests use a separate booking link. The salon does not double book.

Each service is tailored to the client, and every visit begins with a detailed consultation. The stylist recommends products at the end of the appointment. Extension work is a major part of the menu, with keratin, flat tip, weft and Undetectable installations. Keratin extensions are bonded close to the scalp in small sections and can be trimmed by up to a third of their width in thinner areas.

Color services include a color locking shampoo, a color sealing conditioning treatment and a blow dry style. Prices for color may rise by up to $30 per service depending on hair type, texture and regrowth. Full highlights are traditional rather than balayage, and partial highlights cover the top and sides.

Each service is customized, and each visit starts with a detailed consultation followed by product recommendations at the end.
