New clients are invited to book and build the hair they want. A free 15-minute consultation is listed on the menu, and the first visit is a 240-minute New Client Custom Color appointment, which looks at every aspect of the hair as a base for later visits. Ongoing color is priced by how often it is refreshed, from a 120-minute grey coverage and glaze to a 210-minute full custom color done three to four times a year, with Hair Care + Tone sitting between foil visits.

Booking comes with a few set policies. A 50% fee is charged to the card on file for no-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval completed before the appointment.
