The color menu covers gloss, color touch-ups, all-over color, color with a haircut, and vivid or fashion color. Most color services include a wash and style. Highlight options range from partial and full classic highlights to balayage, which is a lower-maintenance dimensional look usually not placed up to the root, plus lightener touch-ups for hair already lightened and global lightening for hair that has never been color-treated.

Haircuts include bang, neck and beard trims, clipper cuts for buzz cuts and fades, standard haircuts, and curly cuts. Curly cuts are for clients who wear their hair curly most of the time, and the hair is cut dry in its natural curl pattern. Styling options include wash and style and updos or formal styles, and treatments include scalp treatments, deep conditioning and a K18 hair treatment that can be added to most services.

Consultations and lessons are part of the offering. A braiding consultation is free and can be done virtually to assess hair for box braids, cornrows, locs and similar styles before booking. A color correction consultation is also free and is required before any color correction work or global lightening on previously color-treated hair. One-on-one lessons are shaped around the client's goals and pace, such as learning a new tool or a style.

The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes carry a fee of half the reserved service amount, and a no-show without notice is charged the full amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee applies. Payment by credit card is accepted, as is Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, which is arranged in person and approved before the appointment. Gift cards are also offered.
