The menu is split into lash and brow services. Lash work covers full sets and refills in three extension styles, along with lash tinting, lash lifts and professional removal of extensions. Brow work includes brow tinting and brow lamination.

Extension clients are kept on a fill schedule. Classic, hybrid and volume refills are recommended every two weeks, and a 3 week refill is offered for clients who go longer between visits. If too few extensions remain, the appointment is rebooked as a full set: at least 40% remaining for classic, hybrid and volume refills, and at least 30% for the 3 week refill.

Brow lamination takes about an hour and includes a brow clean-up. It sets brows for a fuller, more even look and keeps them in place. Tint is not part of the lamination but can be added. Brow tint takes 30 minutes and lasts 2 to 4 weeks, while lash tint darkens natural lashes to brown or black for 2 to 6 weeks.

Extension visits follow a fill cycle, with refills recommended every two weeks and clients with too few extensions left moved to a full set.
