The studio is organized around quality and calm rather than volume: clients are booked one-on-one, appointments never overlap, and the client list is kept small so each visit can be unhurried.
The services cover color, dimensional and specialty color, extensions, haircuts and styling, and treatments. Three offerings stand out. The Round Brush Blowout gives a smooth, fuller finish using round brush technique. Lived-In Color is dimensional color designed to be low-maintenance and to grow out well between visits. Hand-Tied Extensions are used to add length, volume and versatility. Color and haircut services both finish with a blowout.
Visits take place by appointment only, so walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Consultations cost nothing and may be done in person or online. Clients booking color corrections, large color changes, or complex services for the first time must attend a consultation beforehand. A deposit may be asked for on bookings longer than two hours and for new color correction clients. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a fee may apply to shorter notice. If a client is unhappy with a service, adjustments are made free of charge when requested within 7 days of the appointment. Bringing guests or children along is not allowed unless it has been arranged in advance.
Quality, clarity and calm are prioritized over high volume, with healthy hair placed first in both extension and color work.
