Hair services range from haircuts with a blow-dry, which suit regular maintenance within about 12 weeks of a previous cut, to precision cuts without a styled finish, children's haircuts for guests 8 and under, bang trims and neck trims between full appointments, and shampoo blow-dries in standard, long and extra long versions. Color options include all-over color, full or partial highlights, balayage and root touch-ups, along with toners, semi color, color cleanses and color removers. Vivid color means lightening followed by custom shades such as pink, green, blue and purple. Pricing and timing depend on starting color, hair length and the lightening needed, and new guests are encouraged to book a consultation. Some fashion shades take several sessions. The salon is a certified HeadMapping salon, and its color prices are set at a stylist consultation.

Facial options include the Express Facial, custom facials in 45, 60 and 90 minute lengths, a men's facial, a teen facial focused on cleansing and congestion control, and an oncology facial for guests undergoing or recovering from medical treatment. Hydrafacials come in Signature, Deluxe and Platinum versions, and the salon calls the Platinum its most advanced. Brow and lash menus include brow lamination, brow tint, brow wax with tint, lash lifts, lash tints, strip and individual lashes, and temporary tinting. A complimentary makeup consultation is available on request, and makeup services include full makeovers, bridal makeup and eyes and lips. Spa body work includes custom massage, cupping therapy, cupping fusion massage, salt glow exfoliation and a back detox treatment.

Booking requires a 50% deposit for all online bookings and for new clients who book by phone. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show. Services are not refundable. Children may not enter the spa or nail area and must be with an adult, and only the guest being serviced may be on the styling floor. Hours differ by location: all three are closed on Sundays, and Waverly is also closed on Mondays.
