The salon aims to be an inclusive space for clients of any gender, race, age, and identity. Melana puts clear communication at the center of each visit, so clients can stay current and on-trend or keep a classic look they already love, depending on what they choose.
Color is the core of the menu. Four appointment types cover different needs: Root Retouch is a roots-only visit with shampoo and style, while the Mini, Maintain, and Major Sessions handle color refreshes, mid-range maintenance, and complete transformations. Each of the three sessions includes a curated haircut. Melana is known for color mixing.
Haircuts and styling include a quick refresh cut for split ends, neckline cleanup, fringe shaping, or growing out length; a short-length cut that is listed as the men's option; and a longer cut with a head massage and blow dry. Milbon Moisture and Milbon Repair are 15-minute deep-conditioning add-ons done at the shampoo bowl, and Brazilian Blowout smooths frizz and shortens blow-dry time. Appointments run Tuesday through Friday. Silent and laptop appointments are available, and clients who cancel within 24 hours or no-show are charged half of the intended service fee. Pricing can shift with product use, timing, or the client's goal, and any change is shared before the service.
