Color services range from root retouches and partial or full root touch-and-go visits for existing clients to glazes, lowlights, foil highlights, hand-painted balayage and blonde retouches every six to eight weeks. Color correction addresses uneven tones, brassiness, overly dark shades and previous dye mishaps. It is priced by the hour, may take several sessions, and is recommended to be booked two to four weeks ahead.

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Consultations are free and cover hair history, goals, challenges and pricing, and new clients or complex hair may have a short consultation before the full appointment. Blow dries are included with cutting services, while color services and standalone blow dries are booked separately. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, untangled hair.

Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. Some services require a deposit, with new clients asked for $100 toward a Brazilian Blowout and $60 toward an Up-Style. Children are welcome under supervision, and the number of extra guests is limited. Payment by credit or debit card, cash or Venmo is accepted.
