The salon describes itself as a contemporary space built around creative work, mentoring and community, and apprentices train alongside the partners.

Clients can book haircuts, color, highlights, styling and formal styling, extension installs and tightening, conditioning treatments, Brazilian treatments, brow and eyebrow waxing and airbrush makeup. Conditioning treatments can be added to any service and include a blowout. Extension installs are priced after a consultation. The salon is open Monday through Saturday, with later evening hours midweek, and is closed on Sundays. Gift cards can be purchased through the website.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made later can incur a fee of up to 25% of the booked service price. Missed appointments and same-day cancellations can incur a fee of up to 50%. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered on bookings between $50 and $4,000, and the application must be approved before the appointment date.
