Visits are by appointment only, and the salon has no receptionist. Appointments can be booked online or by direct message, and questions can go to the phone and text line at (586) 232-5143 by text or voicemail. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM; the salon is closed Wednesdays and Sundays. Free street parking is available, with a few public lots nearby. Refreshments and gentle products are offered, and sensory or disability accommodations can be requested at any time.

Color is the core of the menu. Sustainable haircolor includes single-process tint from roots to ends or root touch-ups, dimensional foils with gray blending, hand painted balayage, lived-in color, and creative color in vivid, vivid pastel tones on pre-lightened hair. Haircuts, styling, bridal services and add-ons round out the offerings.
