Scalp and hair consultations, in person or online, look at scalp condition, hair density, texture, shedding and thinning concerns, hair quality, daily routine, styling habits and product use. In-person consultations use a trichoscope. These consultations are cosmetic and non-medical and are not a replacement for an evaluation by a physician or dermatologist, so clients are encouraged to see one when a concern may be medical. Clients are asked not to send detailed medical records through forms or text.

The menu covers haircuts and styling with shampoo included, color work including glazes, toners, balayage and highlights, extension installation and removal, and a set of hair treatments such as bonding, deep conditioning, mask and smoothing treatments. Scalp treatments cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate the scalp to remove buildup and support comfort. Hair treatments are cosmetic and are not designed to permanently repair hair.

Booking is online and by appointment only, with no walk-ins and no phone scheduling. Service times are estimates that depend on hair length, density, condition and consultation needs.
