Every treatment takes place in a private room called a ModPod, and the studios do not use shared rooms. Facials and massage are performed by licensed ModCare Specialists. For a first visit, the specialist builds a profile of the client's skin, and later visits are adjusted to match it.

Facials come in three tiers, each a 50-minute treatment. The Essential facial includes a deep cleanse and exfoliation, one MODality of the client's choice, a custom mask, finishing serums and a take-home routine. The Premier facial adds a second MODality, extended extractions, skin analysis and a decollete treatment. The Signature facial adds a third MODality and either dermaplaning or nanoneedling, and has the longest hands-on time. Members pay $100, $120 or $140 for the three tiers, and non-members pay $145, $170 or $195. Members can add facial boosts for $10 each, and non-members pay $20.

Peels, microneedling and massage are offered alongside the facials. A Standard Peel is a zero-downtime option matched to goals such as dullness, texture and dark spots, priced at $150 for members and $200 for non-members. A Deep Peel is a medical-grade peel customized to the skin's condition, priced at $375 for members and $550 for non-members. Microneedling uses FDA cleared tools to create small channels in the skin, and the business says it is performed by licensed medical professionals under physician oversight. Single treatments, a series of three and a neck add-on are available, and the site recommends a series of three, spaced four to six weeks apart. Mild redness for 24 to 48 hours is described as normal, and direct sun should be avoided for 48 hours afterward.
