The studio's core work is hair replacement. Clients with extreme hair loss can have a full custom system installed, which takes about three hours and includes scalp prep, a partial relaxer, demi color if needed, topper installation, and a cut and style. Existing systems can be serviced through a maintenance visit or a re-install, where the unit is removed, cleaned, reinstalled and styled. Custom wigs are machine-sewn to the client's head measurements, and mesh integrated sewin with hair included is offered for clients who are not ready for a topper. Customized toppers, including for thinning hair, are also available.

Beyond replacement, the studio offers extensions: K-Tip keratin bond extensions placed strand by strand, beaded Micro Links set without heat or glue, Nano Bead extensions, and Micro Tape-In extensions for added length and volume. The business describes its K-Tip extensions as the gold standard of luxury hair extensions and virtually undetectable. Signature services include shampoo and style, relaxers, a temporary keratin straightening system for natural hair, and partial micro links. Several have set prices, such as $95 for Shampoo & Style and $275 for keratin straightening. Cut and demi color can be added to a primary service.

Mane Rescue is the studio's wig repair and restoration program. It covers torn lace repair, over-plucked hairline correction, bald spot and sparse area repair, cap resizing, tracked hair replacement, wig refresh and reshaping. It does not include wig color, installation or styling. A 30-minute consult at $49 assesses a wig or hair system and recommends a repair; up to $25 of that fee can go toward a service booked within 14 days.

Clients should plan around a few policies. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be shortened with the full price still due, and arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as no-shows. Guests and children are asked not to attend unless they are also having a service. Services rendered are non-refundable, and any concern with a result needs to be reported within three days.

Work begins with a paid, non-committal Blueprint that matches a hair solution to the client's hair condition, lifestyle, goals and desired result before any hair service is booked.
