The menu is broad for a single-stylist salon. Braiding is the largest area, with everything from small knotless braids and passion twists to cornrows, crochet, sew-ins and braid takedowns. Color runs from creative color and all-over shades through foil highlights, dimensional highlights and hand-painted balayage. Locs have their own menu, including starter locs, retwists, detox cleanses and an add-on for two strands.

Hair care services include haircuts with an optional trim add-on, silk presses with a choice of straight or curls on request, formal styles and updos, and a range of treatments such as moisture, protein, scalp work, a hair gloss and a keratin straightening treatment. Several services are priced from a starting amount, and the final price depends on the service chosen.

The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Friday from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations may carry a 20% fee, and no-shows may be charged 50% of the selected service price. Buy Now, Pay Later can be arranged in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
