Lash extension options range from natural sets with one extension on each natural lash to full sets, hybrid sets that pair single lashes with fan extensions, wispy sets, and volume sets. Full sets use D curls in lengths of 6 to 16mm, and volume sets use C, CC, D, J and B curls, with L curls available by message. Refills are booked 2 to 3 weeks after a full set. Clients who are coming from another lash artist can book a foreign refill, which removes grown-out or poorly placed extensions before refilling; new clients pay a $30 deposit, and at least half of the extensions need to remain to qualify. The Korean Lift Extension Retouch fills gaps and replaces shed extensions on a Korean Lash Lift + Extensions set, and it can be booked one time only, within 2 to 3 weeks of the original appointment.

Lash lifts include a Korean lift, which is a gentler conditioning lift customized to lash length and eye shape, and a traditional lift that reshapes lashes for a defined, wide-eyed look. The Korean lift can also be paired with lightweight extensions. Brow services include shaping, which maps, shapes and cleans up the brows in about 15 minutes, and shaping with a customized tint, either hybrid tint or Stain Me tint. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent treatment that smooths, lifts and reshapes brow hairs, and it includes shaping and a Stain Me tint. A brow lamination and lash lift combo lifts and curls natural lashes and shapes and fluffs the brows, without extensions.

Policies are worth reading before booking. Lash and brow services are non-refundable once completed, and results vary with natural lashes or brow hair, skin type, previous treatments and aftercare. Lash retention depends on natural growth, lifestyle, skincare and aftercare, and shedding is treated as a normal part of the lash cycle rather than a service defect. Clients need to avoid excess oil, steam, rubbing, and picking or pulling on lashes to keep extensions. Concerns about a service must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment, and any complimentary adjustment is not guaranteed and is not a refund. Clients should mention allergies, sensitivities, previous lash or brow treatments and products they use. A no-call, no-show within 3 hours of the appointment carries a 20% cancellation fee. Free lash removal is included with a new full set.

Beyond client appointments, the room offers two training courses. The MLS Beginner Lash Course costs $900 over 420 minutes, with a $450 deposit, and covers extension fundamentals, isolation, placement, mapping, adhesives, removal, consultation, aftercare and hands-on practice. It includes a vendors list, training materials and a certificate of completion. The MLS Korean and Traditional Lift Course costs $850 over 420 minutes, with a $425 deposit, and covers Korean and traditional lash lift techniques, shield selection, processing times, lash tinting basics, removal and aftercare.
