The menu centers on lash work, with classic, hybrid, volume, wet, wispy, anime and mega volume full sets, along with refills, bottom lashes and colored lashes. Brow services include lamination with and without tint, shaping and waxing, and waxing is available for the upper lip, chin and underarms.

Lash lifts are offered as a Korean Lash Lift, with an optional tint, and as a version without tint. The studio describes its Korean Lash Lift as a luxury treatment. A Premium Jelly Mask can be added to a visit, and the studio lists a Lash Extension Aftercare Kit for clients taking lash care home.

Appointments are booked with a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total, and deposit amounts vary by service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and shorter notice carries a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount, and clients more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or moved. Children are not permitted at appointments, and only the client receiving service may be in the treatment area unless approved in advance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday 8 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 10 PM, Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM. A $30 after-hours fee is listed separately. The studio also runs a content model program for lash extensions, which asks the model to document the appointment, post about it on TikTok and/or Instagram, tag the studio and share content created by the studio.
