Visits are planned around a goal. Instead of booking one service at a time, the team combines modalities into a custom protocol and sequences them. Student visits typically run 45 to 60 minutes, and a recovery specialist chooses therapies on arrival. Sessions may be adjusted or skipped based on an injury, skin condition or medical concern, as judged by that day's specialist. Parents of students may stay or drop off.

Sculpting services here range from EMS contouring for the face and body and cryo sculpting to Kaasen cryofacial and jawline treatments, plus cellulite care and pelvic floor strengthening. Most sculpting bookings come with a ShapeScale 3D scan that reports on body fat percentage, muscle and body measurements. Non-members can book single sessions or packages, while MK members save 15% on individual sculpt sessions.

Dr. Tina Hills, D.O., sees clients at the location a few days a week by appointment through her practice, PHMX. MK Wellness does not provide IVs or medical care and refers those clients to PHMX, a separate, independent business that prices its own services, including IV therapy, NAD+, osteopathic treatment, coaching and the Living Protocol. Appointment requests are passed to PHMX's team, which schedules directly with the client.
