About
Dr. Tina Hills, D.O., is the founder and medical director of PHMX and a referring partner of MK Wellness. She sees clients at the MK Wellness location a few days a week by appointment.
She practiced for years as a board-certified emergency physician before turning to osteopathic, regenerative and functional medicine. She rebuilt her practice around the idea that the body heals when given the right conditions. She is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, completed an emergency medicine residency at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, and earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Her PHMX work covers IV therapy, NAD+, osteopathic care and coaching, along with peptide coaching, longevity medicine, trauma and nervous system care, and regenerative care with stem cells and exosomes, which is offered after a medical evaluation. Osteopathic sessions look for restriction, imbalance, tension and altered movement, using osteopathic techniques, mobility work and fascial treatment. She works with injuries, recovery and whole-body health, including professional athletes.

- Each treatment begins with a clinical assessment. The ingredients used, their doses and the timing of each session are tailored to the client's medical history, current medications, lab results and objectives.
