Pedicures are the centre of the menu. The Classic and Gel Pedicure sit at the simple end, while the Tropical, Dreams and CBD Deluxe Pedicures add more steps. The Dreams Deluxe is a six-step pedicure with a choice of Green Tea, Pearl or Chamomile scents. The CBD Deluxe includes a deep tissue massage with CBD cream and a Theragun massage. The Royal Deluxe, the most elaborate option, adds a Theragun massage, hot stone therapy, a collagen hand and foot mask, and Therma-Jet steamed-heat therapy.

Beyond nails, the salon offers lash extensions in classic, volume and mix styles, along with lash lifts, brow lamination and brow and lash tinting. Waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs and back. Kid services are for children seven and under and include manicures, pedicures and polish.

Hours differ by location. The Southwest studio is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM. St. Rose is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 9 PM and weekends 10 AM to 7 PM. Galleria runs Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM. Clients can book by phone or through the online booking link, and the salon asks that bookings not be made by direct message. Gift cards are sold in values from $50 to $300.

Hygiene is central to how services are run: tools are medically sterilized and disinfected after each use, and single-use buffers, files and spa products are thrown away after one client.
