Visits include complimentary refreshments. Chemical services require a questionnaire, a consultation and a signed release. Extension pricing is set in person based on the desired look, density and length, and most installs include color, toning and/or a blending cut. Permanent jewelry appointments take about 20 minutes, and the business says the process involves no pain.
New clients are booked Thursday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Walk-ins are not accepted, though a waitlist is kept and clients are contacted when a time opens. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; no-shows are charged in full and a 50% deposit is required before the next booking. Color correction is offered within reason for color done within 10 days, provided the recommended at-home products are purchased.
