The salon says it aims to care for clients' hair as carefully as it cares for its own. Its menu covers cuts for women, men, children ages 5 to 11 and curly or wavy hair; color, roots retouch and gloss; highlights, micro and babylight foilayage, and balayage; global lifts without gloss; treatments such as Fusio Dose, Repair Deep Treatment and Brazilian Blowout; styling, thermal work and updos; and hair extension installation, blending and coloring. The salon is open Monday, Friday and Saturday from 10:30 to 6:30, Sunday from 11:00 to 4:00, and is closed Tuesday through Thursday. Booking changes need 48 hours' notice, given by phone or email and confirmed by staff, since text messages are not received. Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged $50 for color appointments and $20 for other services. Clients more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule, and services that run past the reserved time incur $50 per hour after 30 to 60 minutes. After repeated color cancellations, a non-refundable $100 cash deposit is required for future appointments.

Payment is accepted by cash, debit, major credit cards and mobile payments including Apple Pay; checks are not accepted. Services and retail or extension products are final sale, and extension color matching varies and is not guaranteed. Clients who are unhappy with results should report within 48 hours of the service, or within 5 days for color services. Listed prices are starting prices and may change, and haircuts or color work may carry extra charges for thick, long or complicated hair, for a change of style, or for extra toning, lifting or fashion color.
