Color is the main draw. Options range from all-over single-shade color and lowlights to natural color melts that blend darker and lighter tones without bleaching. Balayage is offered in full and partial versions, both hand-painted, and bleaching is available as an all-over platinum service or a root touch-up. Highlights can be placed root to ends, as a root touch-up, or as face-framing and bold panel highlights. Vivid and fantasy colors are available to new clients.

The scalp spa is offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions. Each includes a cooling oil treatment and a massage, and longer sessions add hot oil work, a fire and ice scalp treatment, a hot towel ritual and a deep conditioning or steam treatment. Every scalp spa session ends with a blowdry.

Booking is by appointment, and an appointment is not confirmed until the client receives a confirmation text. If the chosen time is unavailable, the salon contacts the client with other options. Cancellation fees depend on notice given, and no-shows or same-day cancellations carry a fee. Color results are guaranteed only when the recommended shampoo or conditioner is used and aftercare is followed. Clients who are unhappy with color should report it within five days for an adjustment at no charge.
