Facials are tailored to individual skin types, and treatments use the studio's own facial products. Luxury Facial Treatments are individually designed, and Opulent Facials are offered in the same category.

Permanent makeup includes Magic Shading, a micropigmentation technique for eyebrows that creates a soft, defined look with a gradient. Unlike traditional tattooing, the pigment is placed in the epidermis. The studio describes Magic Shading as the most advanced micropigmentation technique it offers, which is its own claim.

Clients sign a consent form before any procedure, including micropigmentation and chemical peels, and must show a valid government-issued ID. Clients are asked to disclose medical conditions, allergies or medications that could affect their treatment. Payment is taken through Square, and Klarna and Afterpay are accepted. Klarna financing for premium services is split into four interest-free installments, and any Klarna payment dispute is raised with the studio first. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice; later cancellations carry a $50 fee or loss of deposit, and no-shows without notice are charged the full service value. Completed treatments are not refunded, though a follow-up or touch-up session may be offered where applicable.
