Brow henna stains the skin for up to about 7 days and the brow hairs for up to about 2 weeks, while a brow tint lasts up to about 7 days with proper care and a brow lamination lasts up to about 4 weeks with proper care.

The facial menu includes a Signature Glow Facial and a longer Ultimate Glow Facial that is customized and can take an optional microdermabrasion or hydra dermabrasion add-on. Glow facials include a double cleanse, exfoliation, toner, a specialty mask, extractions when needed, moisturizer, and SPF, with a shoulder and arm massage included. Body-focused facials for the back, buttocks, and bikini area are also offered. Chemical peels require a consultation first; the peel uses an acid complex aimed at pigmentation from acne, melasma, or sun damage, and clients can expect roughly 3 to 7 days of peeling afterward. A post-treatment kit is included.

Waxing covers lip, underarm, bikini, arm, and half or full leg services. Teeth whitening is offered in 30-minute and 1-hour sessions.

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete a client consultation form and to disclose medical conditions, allergies, medications, disabilities, or pregnancy before treatment. Appointments may be rescheduled if a client is more than 15 minutes late, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Guests should not bring extra guests, other than minors under 18 who are being serviced. Cash, Zelle, and major credit and debit cards are accepted. Unopened, unused products may be returned for a full refund, while spa treatments and gift certificates are non-refundable. The business reserves the right to refuse service.
