Its body contouring menu includes cavitation, which the business describes as using low-level ultrasonic waves to break fat cells down into a liquid the body then eliminates. Laser lipolysis applies laser energy through an applicator to reduce the volume of fat in a bulge, and radio frequency is also offered. These are priced by area, with small, medium and large options. Sessions run from about 30 minutes to an hour. Icy Sculpt is a non-invasive cryotherapy treatment offered in Acai Berry, Coffee and Lemongrass flavors, starting at $160 for a half or full body, and the business notes that results take several treatments to show. Vacuum therapy places suction cups on the buttocks to tone the gluteal muscles, and the site says the procedure is painless. A 30-minute butt lift is priced at $100, and cellulite treatment is offered in small, medium and large areas. Body wraps use a porous elastic plastic wrap with a slimming cream, applied firmly to areas where inch loss is the goal. A seaweed and detox wrap with sauna is about 45 minutes at $180 for two areas, and a 40-minute infrared sauna session is $40.
Intimate care includes Hi Intensity Rejuvenation and Love Box rejuvenation, offered for bladder control, recovery after childbirth and vaginal dryness after menopause. Sessions are offered once a month until the client reaches the desired result. Pricing is $600 per area, $1,000 for one session covering both areas, or $2,500 for three sessions. Membership options include a VIP plan at $122 a month with two treatments monthly, which must be used each month or they expire, and a Queen plan at $3,000 a year that provides $500 in treatments each month with unused amounts rolling over. The Queen plan works on services in the office but not at the medical center or with the nurse. A six-month New ME Body Package adds coaching and weekly progress photos to a treatment package for $3,000, or $600 a month.
Booking policies ask for 24 hours notice to cancel, with a $50 charge for late cancellations and full price charged for no-call no-shows. First-time clients pay a $40 deposit that goes toward the treatment. Clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete a client profile, and late arrivals receive only the remaining time while paying full price. Services are not refunded, though exchanges are allowed in certain cases. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, and personal and traveler's checks are not. Gratuity is not included in prices. Phones are asked to be silenced, and children and pets are not permitted. Prices may change without notice.
Treatments are built as a series rather than a single visit, and the business suggests 6 to 12 sessions for longer-lasting results. Clients are given preparation guidance, including drinking water in the week before, avoiding alcohol for 24 hours beforehand and eating a light meal first.
