Miss J Lashes offers lash extensions in several styles, so clients can choose a look from natural and wispy to fuller, bolder or spikier. The options include classic, volume, 2D, hybrid, wispy, YY, anime and lifting 2D extensions.

The studio says natural lash health comes first. It does not apply long or heavy extensions, and the number of extensions is up to the client, who can choose a full set or fewer.

A visit usually includes paperwork completed shortly before the appointment, then at least an hour lying down. The studio advises clients to dress comfortably and to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oil-based products around the eyes. Clients should also avoid caffeine and stimulants for up to four hours beforehand.

The studio uses premium products for its lash applications. Retail product purchases are final sale.

Booking and cancellation policies: clients who cannot attend should contact the salon as soon as possible to reschedule. Late arrivals may not have their appointment extended, and clients who no-show three times are not allowed to book again. Clients unhappy with their results can contact the salon within three days for a fix. Promotional services and gift certificates are non-refundable, and services already performed are not refunded. For reactions to extensions, no refund is issued, but a free lash removal is offered. Clients experiencing irritation should contact the salon right away.
