The business uses set systems to keep each visit simple and low-stress. To start, clients book online or text a photo of their hair to the stylist. Complimentary estimates are offered by email with no obligation to book, and no credit card is needed to secure an appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, straight, dry hair worn down and parted where they like it, with tangles combed out. Curly hair should be flat ironed before a balayage appointment, and earrings should be removed and white clothing avoided.

Core services are Balayage (Painted Hair), which includes foils, toner, a haircut and a blowout, and highlights offered as Mini (eight foils around the face), Partial (half the head) or Full (the whole head, booked as two sessions). All-over color, base color with foils, root touch-ups, gloss toner and a haircut add-on are also available. Color is offered on long and medium hair, and basic bob cuts are included. Haircut-only appointments are not offered, and the studio does not take vivids, specialty curly cuts, men's or kids' cuts, updos, asymmetrical bobs, shags, pixies or short women's cuts.

Hand-tied extensions cover new installs with color and move-ups for existing extensions. Extension hair is custom ordered after payment, is not kept in stock and typically arrives within a week. Hair purchases are non-refundable. Installation day takes about four to six hours, and clients are asked to schedule nothing else that day. Larger projects may be split over two days, and move-up appointments are recommended every eight to ten weeks. Extension care products are available through links on the website.
