Color is a large part of the menu. Options range from all-over and full color to root-focused color retouches, which cover roots about 0.5 to 1.5 inches and take about 1 hour 20 minutes at Kali Zoi. Blonding includes partial and full highlights, hand-painted balayage for soft, graduated lightening, and very fine foil babylights for bright blonde. Gloss or toner can be added between lightening services to add shine and neutralize unwanted tones. Hand-tied extensions are installed with minimal points of contact and without glue, tape or heat. The salon describes them as among the most natural, lightweight and undetectable available in the industry. Installs are priced by volume and length in the 14-16, 18-20 and 22-24 size ranges, with partial and full volume using two to four wefts and longer lengths using six to ten. Move-ups and refits are priced by row.

Haircuts are customized to each client's style and preference and include a wash, blow dry and style. Other services include shampoo and style, an up-do and special occasion style, Brazilian Blowout smoothing that bonds a protective protein layer to the hair to reduce frizz, and a conditioning treatment that can be booked alone or added to a service. Changes, cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; a change made with less notice is charged 50% of the reserved service. New color clients receive a questionnaire to return within 48 hours before the appointment. A client who is dissatisfied can return for an adjustment at no additional charge if they call within 72 hours of the original service and book within 2 weeks. Gift cards can be purchased through the online booking page.
