The studio was launched to meet demand for micro-shading, a newer eyebrow procedure. Clients can book a free 30-minute phone consultation with a specialist before committing, and the studio aims to reply to contact messages within 24 to 48 hours.

The brow menu is built around the Signature Brow Service, which combines hair strokes with shading. It can be done with microblading and shading or nanoblading and shading, and is created with a machine. The studio describes it as its most advanced brow service and as its most popular one. Ombré Brows are shaded from light to dark with no hair strokes and can be made natural or dramatic. The Signature and ombré brows are priced the same, and clients can switch between them on arrival. Nanoblading, performed by master artist Mish Lim, uses a machine to create hair strokes and is listed from $850. Previous work cover-ups, for tattoos, microblading or other brow work, start at $650, though not all previous work can be covered.

Lip blushing lightly tints the lips in a shade the client chooses, from pinks, reds, corals and mauves, and can be matched to a photo of a favourite lipstick. It does not add volume but gives a fuller look. Colour heals to roughly 40 to 50 percent of the chosen shade, and results typically last one to two years after an initial session and a touchup. Lip Blushing Neutralization is for darker lips, uses a coral-toned corrector and usually needs one to two touchups. It starts at $800. Clients should wait at least four to six weeks after lip filler before a lip blushing appointment.

Before booking a cover-up, clients send a photo of previous work for approval by text or email. A deposit is required and goes toward the appointment fee. Numbing cream is used throughout procedures. Brow shape is mapped to the face and approved by the client before work starts, and pigment is matched to the client's brow hair colour. Brows lighten during healing, and light flaking is expected for about two weeks. Touchups are usually needed one to three years after the first session, depending on how dark the client wants the brows. A six-week touchup is $250 with Mish and $200 with Carmen, plus tax. Emergency or late appointments are subject to availability and cost an extra $150. Limited workshops on studio permanent makeup work are offered twice a year.

The studio says it keeps up with the latest products and techniques, and the brow shape is designed around each client's face and approved before work begins.
