Bart Aesthetics is located at 315 West 39th Street, office 605, in New York City. Founder and master technician Tony Bart leads the work, and the menu is organized into brows, lips and scalp micropigmentation, with body, lash and skin treatments listed alongside. Hours run Monday to Friday from 11am to 10pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 11am to 12pm.

Brow services include nano brows, a hairstroke technique done by machine that takes about two hours and costs $750, and a realistic hairstrokes technique at $1,100. Microblading by Tony is $600 and takes about 1.5 hours, while combo brows with machine cost $750. Ombre powder brows cost $700, take about 1.5 hours, and the studio says they last three to four years with proper pre-care and aftercare. Color correction on previous brow work is $800. Eyeliner by Tony is $550 and takes one to one and a half hours. Lip blush costs $550 and takes two hours, and all lip work is done by Tony.

Scalp micropigmentation takes about two to four hours, is priced according to the work needed, and requires a consultation before booking. Saline removal of permanent makeup or body tattoos costs $200 and can take up to five sessions. Body and skin options include EMSculpt at $95 for a single session or $270 for a package of three, and a hyper plasma procedure priced from $250 to $800 depending on the area, used for stretch marks, acne and dark spots. The hyper plasma price is confirmed with the technician after booking. Eyelash extensions cost $130 to $210 and take about 1.5 hours.

Eyebrow and lip services require a $100 non-refundable deposit that is deducted from the price. Deposits are non-refundable for all services and classes. Rescheduling needs 72 hours' notice, and appointments more than 15 minutes late are cancelled without refund. No refunds are given for services or training performed. Balances can be paid by cash, Venmo or Zelle on the day of the appointment, and monthly payment plans are offered through Cherry. Touch-ups for existing clients cost $150 within 4 to 6 weeks, $350 within 3 to 12 months, and $400 within 12 to 18 months of the first procedure.

Training is offered as a four-day group brows course in New York at $2,500, or as private classes: four days of brows and lips at $4,000, three days of brows at $3,400, or two days of lips at $2,000. Private classes carry a $500 deposit. Each class includes a manual, a certificate, a full kit with machine and pigments, hands-on practice and support after class. Private classes provide models, while group students bring their own. Transferring a training deposit requires at least six weeks' notice.
